To start, we need your teeth! Including fake teeth, bridges, retainers and any other dental items you may use. We will also need:

- Photo ID and insurance cards

- If you have any recent dental X-Rays within 6 months.

- All information detailing the history of your medical and dental health

- Current Medications you are taking

- A plan to pay for co-pays and any out of pocket costs
What to expect during Your First Visit?

Your first visit will include a thorough dental examination by one of our experienced dentists. This exam is designed to assess your overall oral health and identify any potential issues. The examination will typically include:

Digital X-Rays: We may take digital X-rays to get a complete view of your teeth, bones, and surrounding structures. This helps us detect any underlying issues that may not be visible during a visual exam.
